i've been making kombucha and natto (well i only make natto once). me and my roommate decided to make a fermentation journal. it's just descriptions of each batch we've made, and things we think have gone wrong or right.

i have so many hats. these are all my fun hats i didn't even both taking pictures of my toques. they are awesome though my grandmother made most of them. yay grandma made things!

also i have a coy boy hat, but it's my at my place right now. i'll post it some other time.

We had a cooking day with our teachers here. Some took pictures and were nice enough to upload them to our server, so now I can show you guys just how things went down. (or at least the few I was in... because I'm egotrip like that)
